At Atlas Manufacturing, the holiday season is a time to thank the customers, employees, and partners who make each year special. One of our traditions is a custom holiday ornament that shows off our fabrication work. The collection is now displayed in a custom-built cabinet that holds years of these ornaments in one place.
A Look Back: The Ornament Legacy
The custom-built cabinet in the corner of our Wisconsin shop now holds roughly three dozen ornaments spanning decades, a shelf-by-shelf timeline of our work. Each ornament reflects the techniques and technologies Atlas uses, from laser cutting to powder coating and now 3D printing. Together they show the range of what we can build, and the empty shelves at the bottom are the plan: this tradition is not done.
This Year’s Ornament: A 3D Snowman
For 2024, our ornament is a snowman with a multi-piece aluminum body, intricate laser-cut details, and a 3D-printed hat. The mix of materials and processes reflects our team’s focus on precision and creativity.
Highlights of the 2024 Ornament

- 3D printing: the custom hat adds a dimensional element and shows how additive manufacturing can complement traditional metal fabrication.
