Atlas Manufacturing is proud to announce the acquisition of a new 48,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Lake Hallie, Wisconsin. Situated on 23 acres, this expansion represents a pivotal milestone in our continued growth—and a clear commitment to serving our customers with greater speed, precision, and scale.
Why We Expanded: Built to Meet Growing Demand
Over the past several years, our operations in western Wisconsin have grown rapidly. As we scaled to meet the needs of innovative OEMs across industries—from medical and industrial to HPC and commercial equipment—it became clear that we had outgrown our existing footprint.
Previously spread across seven separate buildings, our team has consistently delivered exceptional results despite logistical challenges. With this new facility, we’re bringing our Wisconsin operations under one roof, enabling significantly more efficient workflows, shorter lead times, and capacity for high-volume programs.

What’s New: More Space, More Capability, Same Atlas Quality
The new facility more than doubles our footprint in Wisconsin—from approximately 17,000 sq. ft. to 48,000 sq. ft. Designed to support both current production needs and future expansion, this site will allow Atlas to:
- Consolidate operations for smoother production flow
- Add new equipment and dedicated lines for complex assemblies
- Support larger and more diverse production runs
- Create space for enhanced prototyping and engineering collaboration
The location in Lake Hallie, WI, just outside Eau Claire, offers excellent access to regional transportation and customer sites, while remaining highly accessible for our existing workforce.
Looking Ahead: Preparing for the Future
We’ve already begun the relocation process, and operations at the new site will ramp up quickly over the coming months. Many members of our team will play a key role in this transition, and we’re grateful for their continued dedication and expertise.
